At 1 week late, we will issue a 5 day notice along with our demand letter, informing your tenant that you are a member of our organization. We will stress how serious we are about protecting your income. We will lay down strict guidelines for payment compliance and warn that our eviction process is efficient and we report missed payments to collection agencies and credit reporting agencies. Collections
At NHLA, we believe that rent owed should not be left unpaid. We will provide assistance in tracking down your tenant and getting a monetary judgement for any past due rent arrears or property damage. Then we will work to collect all money owed.
